General Duties:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Program Directors
- Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff and clients
- Assist with insurance verification and medication refill requests
- Greet clients and families, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Help maintain digital records, including EHR system
- Prepare documents, organize meetings, and manage mail and office supplies
- Support internal communication and distribution of reports and board materials
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the agency’s mission
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an office, clerical, or administrative setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience in a medical or mental health office and familiarity with insurance billing preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
