• Compensation: $25 - $40 flat rate with tier bonus programs weekly

Service Technician Responsibilities: 

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership in a highly professional timely manner
• Test drive vehicles, and accurately test components and systems, using specific diagnostic tools and specialty electronics service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems and computer modules
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional maintenance or service recommendations are needed
• Provide estimates of projected time needed for additional repairs and discuss future repairs that may evolve after inspecting vehicles.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications with detailed description and proper documentation and coding

Service Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• State Inspection and Emissions licenses
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance with high attention to detail
• Fast, eager learner and team player with good professional attitude  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Responsible with customers vehicle and clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
• attentive to surroundings and perceptive to possible vehicle issues that can be detected
