The Rivers of Grosse Pointe Woods
The Server, under the general direction of the Dietary Manager, is responsible for a variety of tasks relating but not limited to, providing quality service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages for members of an Independent Living senior community in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Company and state and federal regulation or law.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares tables for meals, including the complete set of linens, silverware and glassware.
- Serves meals to residents in dining room during designated meal-times
- Perform light food preparation duties including, bread, salad prep, appetizers, and dessert presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Should have a minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Stooping, bending, lifting, carrying, and other physical demands may be required. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
