RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Primary Care and Specialty Clinic
Location: Crookston Clinic (Primary) Schedule: 64 hours per two-week pay period Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Range: $17.94 - $25.13/(hourly) - Non exempt, subject to OT
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. This position will primarily support and Primary Care and Specialty care in our Crookston Clinic, assisting Providers, nursing and patients with
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Providers and Nursing within the Clinic Pods with scheduling patient appts, adding Patients to lab and imaging schedules, Printing and faxing paperwork
- Answering phones and relaying messages to Nurses and Providers
- Assisting Patients in activating MyChart in Epic
- Maintaining an efficient flow of Patients by assisting with Rooming, collecting and filling out proper health information forms and obtaining patient vital signs.
- Preparing Patients for exams
- Proper cleaning, disinfection and turnover of exam rooms.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
Minimum(s):
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- 2-3 years of experience as a CNA or CMA in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of clinic experience
