RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care
Location: Crookston Clinic (Primary) with occasional outreach clinic supportSchedule: 72 hours per two-week pay period 8 or 12-hour shifts; weekend schedule (every 12th weekend)Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 7 PM, Saturday/Sunday 9 AM - 1 PM
Pay Range: $21.08 - $29.52; includes competitive benefits package
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position will primarily support Primary Care providers in our Crookston Clinic, assisting patients with their healthcare needs. Occasional travel to outreach clinics may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
- Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
- Assist with procedures and patient education.
- Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
Minimum(s):
- Current LPN license in Minnesota and North Dakota. ND license must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already held
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification (or must obtain within 4 months of hire; training provided
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of clinic experience preferred
