RiverView Health, is a community owned, membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
Come join our amazing team! RiverView Home Care has an opening for a part-time (16 hours every 2 weeks) Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include; one-on-one evaluations, assessments, and establishing treatment plans for clients in their home. The Physical Therapist will establish client-driven and specific goals for improved outcomes for the individual. Home Care hours are quite flexible and accommodating for busy lifestyles and this position does not require weekend hours. Salary range is $35.10 - $49.15 and starting wage is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist License for the State of Minnesota is required.
- Current Drivers License and dependable transportation is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work independently, good organizational skills.
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification, if not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from date of hire.
Salary : $35 - $49
