Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for future construction activities.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Transport materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or similar labor-intensive field is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes is desirable.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow safety guidelines.
