Riverview has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Supervisor to come in and run our body shop. Qualified applicant should have heavy truck body shop experience or body shop experience, mechanical knowledge, ability to manage people, organized, computer savy, and a good person. In this job you interact with dealership staff, , employees, insurance groups, and most importantly our valued customers. Our customers come first!!

- Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
- Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
- Work with all parties involved in the day to day operations of the body shop.
- Estimate and follow jobs from cradle to grave.
- Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years fleet or dealership mechanic experience or body shop experience
- Abilitly to obtain a Class A or Class B license
- Abiltiy to work in a team environment
