-Interviewing for FullTime and Part Time Positions for 2nd SHIFT (4pm-12am) and 3rd SHIFT (12am-8am) and AND WEEKENDS
-WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS are available
-WE ARE ALSO HIRING PER-DIEM for additional days

Responsibilities/Job Description
The Residential Assistant Care Coordinator's Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Resident Health and Safety
- Provides care, assistance with daily living skills, laundry
- Preparation and serving meals and snacks to residents
- Housekeeping of resident rooms and common areas
- Medication Administration to Residents (Medication Administration Certification is preferred for the dispensing of oral medication; Assistance with medication ordering, etc. Medication Certification Training will be provided and paid by employer.
- Working collaboratively with other staff to coordinate care
- Working collaboratively with Management
- Facilitate quality care for our residents
Qualifications we are looking for in the ideal candidate :
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Reliable, dedicated worker
- Nurturing, Welcoming, Caring and Compassionate personality
- CPR/First Aid (preferred)
- Residential Care experience preferred but not necessary
- Understanding of Mental Health challenges is very helpful
- Similar to Direct Care Worker/Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Medication Administration Certification preferred (otherwise, qualified candidate must complete a medication administration course)
- CNA/HHA/PCA/DCW Background would be helpful but not necessary (Certified Nurses Aides, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants)
- Organized, results-oriented individual who takes pride in their work
- Responsible and accountable individual who works well with others
