What You’ll Do:
As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and safety in home healthcare services. Your role will include:
- Leading the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Overseeing patient care and ensuring compliance with care plans
- Ensuring compliance with state in-home licensing regulations
- Acting as a liaison between staff, administration, and community partners
- Developing and implementing new clinical programs based on community needs
- Supervising clinical documentation and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A current and valid RN license in Washington State
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- At least one year of clinical experience in home health or acute care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A valid Washington State driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Current CPR certification
