What You’ll Do – Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Be the Voice and Vision: Manage and strengthen Riverview’s brand across all audiences by crafting on-brand materials and strategies that tell our story.
- Create Eye-Catching Content: Design engaging flyers, newsletters, signage, and more for residents, staff, and families using creative tools like Canva.
- Elevate Our Digital Presence: Curate social media stories, manage analytics, and keep Riverview at the forefront of the senior care market online.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with leadership, staff, and the media to develop press releases, internal communications, and external campaigns.
- Support Memorable Events: Organize, promote, and assist in creating events that connect residents and the community.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research senior demographic insights, monitor competitors, and suggest innovative strategies.
What You Bring – Marketing Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Experience in communications, graphic design, or office environments using creative tools like Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Passion for serving seniors and their families with compassion and care.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to walk up to 8,000 steps daily across our beautiful 35-acre campus.
- A clean driving record and a genuine team-player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital marketing experience, including social media management, Google Analytics, and PPC advertising.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills (think flyers, postcards, or even t-shirt designs!).
- Experience developing communications tailored to senior audiences.
- Photography skills to capture special moments and events.
