What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Set Up (Full-Time) position at Riverview Plaza Hotel /PCH Resorts?
Purpose:
To assist in the complete set-up of the posted events according to the Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide Banquet staff with equipment needs and service support. Special requirements on special equipment to be advised by IT/AV Manager.
2. Organize equipment according to BEO and Captains requirements.
3. Maintain service aisles and service aisles equipment in a clean and organized manner.
4. Advise management of any needed repairs or replacement.
5. Maintain par stock levels of essential inventory.
6. Support Banquet Service staff in providing guest with food and beverage in a timely manner and at appropriate temperatures.
7. Assist in keeping inventory records and in the actual count.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly storeroom at all times.
9. Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
