Career Opportunities: We are currently seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) position in our medical-surgical unit specializing in detoxification treatment. This role involves overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring smooth patient care operations, and providing direct patient care as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure smooth patient care operations
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records using Epic Computer Charting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS within 30 days of hire and maintain current
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred
- PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients
