Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our medical-surgical unit specializing in detoxification treatment. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring smooth patient care operations, and providing direct patient care as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of nursing staff and coordination of unit activities
- Development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Monitoring and improvement of unit performance and outcomes
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License
- 2 years nursing experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Epic Computer Charting experience preferred
