Dishwashers work in kitchens at restaurants, hotels, and cafes to clean and sanitize dishes so that cooks and servers can prepare and serve food. Their responsibilities include:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

This position is PRN, which means "as needed" or simlar to on call. The PRN will fill in when associates are out of the office i.e sick, on vacation, etc.

Dishwashers work in kitchens at restaurants, hotels, and cafes to clean and sanitize dishes so that cooks and servers can prepare and serve food. Their responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes: Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwasher, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses. Follow proper dishwashing procedures to sanitize dishes according to health and safety standards.
- Sorting dishes: Sort dishes into categories in the dish pit.
- Storing dishes: Put clean dishes and utensils in assigned storage areas. Stock serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators with necessary dishes and utensils.
- Cleaning: Keep the dish area clean and organized, and maintain clean floors throughout the shift. Clean trash receptacles with water or steam.
- Setting up: Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
County Specific requirement.
1. County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
