PIB - $3.00 more per-hour
Responsibilities as Medicaid Specialist / Account Payable Clerk :
Therapy billing-Benefits verification
Check the state notifications to see if BOM needs them or if they haven’t changed the applied income.
Assist with Medicaid application preparation and financial questionnaires.
Check that we have the proper signatures on the PNA Authorization forms for the state.
Main responsibilities : accounts payable, personal needs and assisting the Business Office Manager
Qualifications of a Medicaid Specialist / Account Payable Clerk :
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
1 years of related experience required, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
Knowledge of accounts payable
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Strong Clinical assessment skills
Basic Computer skills
