To join this team please have the following requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Dementia Certified Trainer preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting.
  • Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.
  • Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel and the general public.
  • COVID vaccination is required.
