What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist position at RIVERVIEW?
SUMMARY :
Responsible for any and all activities related to the processing and closing documentation of Commercial and Consumer / HELOC loans adhering and complying with all company policies and federal regulations.
The salary for this role will be between $29 an hour and $33 an hour. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant's skills and prior relevant experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Draw Commercial loan documents often basic to moderate in nature, and fund / disburse at loan closing. Document file to meet Commercial lending specifications.
- Provide support as it relates to Consumer / HELOC closing documentation to include quality control, funding, procedures and testing of new products or features.
- Full understanding of applicable software systems.
- Ability to understand federal regulations as it relates to Commercial and Consumer / HELOC Lending.
- Provide support to the Commercial lending department including Team Assistants.
- Balancing of general ledger accounts and Bancontrol accounts as it pertains to the funding of Commercial loans.
- Provide timely and accurate customer service both internally and externally using problem-solving skills to satisfy customer needs and ensure accurate resolution to customer requests.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
