Job Post Title : Intake Coordinator
Shift : 3 12hr shifts with an every other wknd rotation.
Hours : 7a-7p, 7p-7a
The Role Itself
Intake specialist provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
Inventories patient belongings.
Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
Provides assistance to other units as necessary.
Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed.
Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.
