Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, residents, or clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Guest Check In and Check Out: Greet guests warmly process check ins, provide keys. Assist with check out procedures, ensuring a smooth departure experience.
- Provide information about the property, local attractions, and available services.
- Assist with reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up of items (e.g., mail, packages, groceries).
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local events, businesses, and services.
- Handle complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Ensure that the lobby and concierge desk are kept tidy and organized.
- Reservations: Ensure accuracy and timely confirmation of reservations.
- Key Control: Maintain control of room keys and ensure they are securely stored and issued to the correct guest.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the security system and be prepared to respond to emergency situations. Follow security procedures and report any suspicious activity.
- Provide VIP and personalized services, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:
