What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Server position at Riverwalk Casino - Vicksburg, MS?
Include, but are not limited to:
- Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to casino guests
- Performing necessary tasks to service guests, i.e., taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting and maintaining gaming area in a clean and neat manner
- Monitoring guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all beverage requests are promptly filled
- Assisting other beverage personnel with maintenance, including opening/closing duties, as necessary
- Cleaning unwanted debris from the guests' gaming area such as bottles, cups, glasses, paper, and emptying ashtrays
- Helping refill beverage supplies at all service stations
- Requesting identification from guests when legal age is in question
- Utilizing proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner
- Helping keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary
- Staying current on department and property promotions and compliance guidelines
- Performing all other duties specified or assigned
