Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the integrity of all soft count transactions
- Perform table and slot drops, count money and reconcile count with appropriate departments
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the MGC and internal controls, policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation
- Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner
- Ability to perform normal mathematical computations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
