Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction, food quality and standards of service.
Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:
- Assists in complying with all food health and safety regulations.
- Schedules, evaluates and trains team members on assigned shift.
- Reviews and makes suggestions to hire, transfer, evaluate, assign and discipline all team members on assigned shift.
- Confers with Food and Beverage Manager concerning operations deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
- Sets priorities for all team members on shift and provides assistance as needed.
- Evaluates and resolves guests’ issues in prompt and professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education / Training / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience necessary.
- Must have strong culinary background in fine dining food management with solid work history.
- Must have the ability to obtain an ABC permit issued by the Alcohol Beverage Commission of Mississippi.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
- Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
- Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties.
