Are you a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a knack for multitasking? We're looking for a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our property management team! Riverwalk Management is a local, friends-and-family owned rental management office that has proudly been serving Sevierville for over 20 years! We manage over 400 units across Sevierville including apartments, duplexes, single-family homes, and storage units.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process of residential properties, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to property management.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and related documentation through effective data entry practices.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Market available units through various channels to maximize occupancy rates.
- Ensure all fees, deposits, and rents are collected and recorded properly.
- Know which units are available for lease at all times.

Physical Requirements:
