Now Hiring: Part-Time Office Assistant
Are you a people person with strong office skills who loves working in a fun and fast-paced environment? If so, this is the job for you! RiverWalk RV Park, a Campspot Award Winner for "Top Small Campgrounds in the US," is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant/Camp Host to join our team.
Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of the park. 315 RiverWalk Trl, Jonesville NC 28642
Position Details:
- Part-time schedule:
- Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Friday: 2 PM – 6 PM
- Additional flex shifts are available to cover requested time off, which will always be scheduled in advance.
- Competitive hourly pay based on office and customer service experience.
- No benefits provided.
- Seasonal Closure: Our park closes in January & February, allowing all employees time to recharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced camp store/office environment.
- Answer phones, assist with and book reservations, process refunds.
- Utilize a POS system for sales and transactions.
- Keep the camp store clean and organized (dusting, folding retail, etc.).
- Prepare welcome packets and greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist with general office and camp host duties as needed.

- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles required (minimum 2 years in a front desk or high-paced environment).
- Experience in the hospitality or RV/camping industry is a plus but not required.
- Background and reference check required.
