- Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Experience in engineering and construction roles.
- Experienced in power plant recruiting.
- Knowledge and experience using Boolean search strings.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and their impact on broader business goals.
- Attract, source, and screen active and passive talent using various creative techniques, including job boards, social networking, and direct sourcing.
- Meet or exceed weekly recruiting metrics around phone screens, interviews, and offers consistently.
- Identify and screen candidates for role fit and culture add and provide recommendations for interviewing and hiring.
- Proactively seek diverse candidate pools and support diversity efforts.
- Apply data-driven recruiting methodology to help influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools.
- Use internal reporting tools to track recruiting funnel and sourcing activities.
Skills:
- Knowledge of sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management, and technology.
- Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team as well as independently.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years Full Cycle recruiting, preferably within the oil and gas space.
- Knowledge of Boolean Strings.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting for engineering, construction, and power plant roles.
- Proven experience in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- ATS Systems.
