Responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives and promote deposit products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staffing levels and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
