POSITION DETAIL
Riverways Federal Credit Union, located in Rolla, Missouri, with approximately $105 million in assets, is currently in search of a Vice President/Controller to lead the accounting operations of the credit union. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the primarily responsibilities for the incoming executive will be to oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the credit union, provide leadership to the accounting staff, and supply the leadership team of the credit union with sound financial reporting to guide strategic decisions. Additional responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis, budgeting, asset liability management, and overseeing the investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in accounting, possess proven leadership skills, and have strong analytical skills. Five plus years of senior accounting management experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
