Summary: The purpose of the receptionist is to greet patients and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring that all clerical duties are complete to aid in providing quality to the office and patients.

- With the utmost quality care, maintain communication with patients to assist in confirming appointments, scheduling, addressing patients questions and concerns .
- Greet each patient with a friendly and welcoming demeanor while ensuring that all pertinent information is present and current.
- As patients leave, verify all information is correct in order to collect payments and schedule the most convenient time for patients next visit.
- With detailed care verify following days insurance and confirm patients appointments.
- Maintain all of the front office through ensuring the cleanliness of the waiting room, reception desk and stocking necessary supplies.
- With honesty, integrity and detail prepare maintain daily reports and deposits

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, exceptional organizational, communication and computer skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
