Responsibilities:
· Provides individual and group substance use and co-occurring therapy to consumers and their families in a manner that
is consistent with evidence-based treatment standards and best practice guidelines. Prepares comprehensive bio-
psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention and pre-screens as needed.

Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.
· Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders.
· Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously,

Licensure/Certification:
· Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a TLLP, LLP, LLPC, LPC, LMSW or LLMSW and
must be a Certified Advanced Addictions and Drug Counselor (CAADC) or meet requirements to be on a Development Plan for
CAADC or eligible for reciprocity and must become fully licensed with-in 30 months of date of hire.
