The patient access clerk plays a critical role in patient access, ensuring timely scheduling, verifying insurance eligibility, and providing necessary instructions to patients.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in patient registration, scheduling, or a healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
