What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician - Retail Pharmacy position at Riverwood Healthcare Center?
About the Position:
The Pharmacy technician, under the direct supervision of the licensed pharmacist, assists in the various activities of the Pharmacy Department. The technician functions in accordance with standard written procedures, guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
- Prior retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Current registration with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
