Nurse Leader/Supervisor Job Description
RiverWoods Durham is seeking a qualified Nurse Leader/Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and coordinate resident care during evening shifts. The successful candidate will have a nursing degree, relevant experience, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resident care plans, administer medications, and provide support to both staff and residents.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Qualifications:
