Recruiter
RiverWoods is seeking an energetic, passionate and customer focused individual to join our team! In this role, the Recruiter will be focused on working with applicants, identifying qualified talent, provide exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate would be available to work a hybrid schedule with 1 to 2 days in the office at one of our RiverWoods locations.

Responsibilities
- Connect with applicants through email, text, and phone
- Review qualifications against needed skills
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews
- Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as social media, career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc. to aid in the recruitment process
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage applications, and track recruitment metrics in order to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Interact with applicants and hiring manager and help people through the hiring process
- Customer focus – ensures the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience along with the gift of gab.
- 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Excel and MS Outlook experience
- Experience with iCIMS, applicant tracking software a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
