- Performs general cleaning duties of resident apartments, offices and common areas including, but not limited to, cleaning, vents, light fixtures, windows, mirrors, walls, doors, cove base, tile floors, showers, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, refrigerators, waste containers, cleaning equipment, cleaning carts, elevators, handrails, telephone, televisions and stairs, vacuum carpets and furniture.
- Assists with laundry services.
- Maintains proper use of equipment and safety practices.
- Keeps appropriate records pertaining to individual assignments and checklists.
- Maintains good communications; establishes and maintains positive working relationships with employees, residents and the public.
- Communicates any concerns regarding a resident’s status
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, not required
