Responsibilities and Duties:
The duties of the Manager include (but are not limited to) the following. Additional responsibilities may be added as determined by the owners.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Cafe operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest issues or concerns
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide excellent customer service - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Maintain cafe cleanliness to state and federal health requirements
- Generate employee schedules
- Input and analyze timesheets
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing Rivery policies and procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Knowledge of food production, catering, and coffee services is a plus
