About The Job
The enterprise Sales position will drive the growth of our sales pipeline from lead generation to closure in US market. The position is responsible for engaging prospective customers, building a network of partners, handling all inbound inquiries generated from Marketing activities, and running outbound account growth efforts. The person will be responsible for getting US based buyers on platform and increasing transaction value per buyer.

Preferred qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of Enterprise sales experience.
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure in account management and new client acquisition in USA
- Proven success in building strategic relationship with key client decision makers, client retention & acquisition, building strong opportunities pipeline and deal negotiations focusing on revenue, profitability, and business growth.
- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement.
- Ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the industry construct, develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive value proposition
Responsibilities
- Establish sales force, systems and processes in North America.
- Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the International Market through enterprise and partnership sales.
- Building territory management plans & GTM Strategies along with marketing and category managers by conducting competitor and market analysis
- Drive the Branding activities - operationally and strategically, potential tie-ups with related industry partners.
- Evaluate market trends & gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future of sales and profitability in the assigned territory.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities emerging from customer needs and trends.
- Expertise in owning and driving Pre-Sales/ Pursuit Management activities while tracking deliverables (Commercials/Contracts) throughout the pursuit cycle.
- Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
- Work very closely with Category, Supplier and Marketing teams.
