- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
- 84 months of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.
- 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques
- 60 months of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.
- 84 months of developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns
