Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and developing highly technical power electronics components and overall packaging
- Leading cross-functional team discussions to ensure efficient and effective development processes
- Collaborating with electrical engineering teams to improve PCBA mechanical design and packaging
- Managing relationships with component suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering field
- Strong knowledge and manufacturing process experience in power device cooling and thermal management
- CATIA CAD tool experience
- Automotive supplier managing experience
- Knowledge or experience with sheet metal stamping, casting, wiring harness, and plastic injection molding processes
