Job Overview:
As a Sr. Quality Coordinator II, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products. You'll be responsible for executing quality containment and inspection requests at PDCs, supporting operations with the shipment of Dangerous Goods, and collaborating with Continuous Improvement Partners to improve quality metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with Supplier Quality Engineers, NPI Team, Material Planning, and other stakeholders by communicating effectively through containment and form/fit/function issues.
- Work closely with these teams in the Jira project to ensure open items are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
- Assist Continuous Improvement Partners with audits to drive improvements on quality measures at PDCs.
- Perform inbound, putaway, and outbound audits using tools like Gensuite to promote better behavior and higher quality from warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with CI Partners on Root Cause Analysis when applicable.
- Ensure inspections and repack standards are followed by working with operations.
- Update SAP tables for receiving and communicate issues to Service Packaging team.
- Assist with stock checks and counts upon request.
- Become certified in Dangerous Goods to assist operations with proper labeling and creating DG bill of ladings in house.
- Communicate critical updates to Operations Excellence Team.
- Assist with customer returns to PDCs.
