Role Summary
As the Service Backorder Specialist you will be on the front lines providing support for our customers and educating the
Rivian community on our continuously growing products and services. You will be a leader in driving
our customer service philosophy. The opening will be located at our Normal, IL facility and reports
directly to a Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all backorders for all customers internal and external
- Manage day to day backorder lines incoming through all customer channels running reports via SAP
and track the service emergency backorder process E2E

Pay Disclosure
Salary Range / Hourly Rate for Illinois Based Applicants : $24.63 - $30.79 per hour (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary : Rivian provides robust medical / Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment
