Sr. Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a proficient and motivated individual to establish and lead reporting and analytics for B2B sales. In this role, which will sit within the B2B and Business Development department, you will build, automate, and manage our full suite of B2B reports and dashboards.

• Develop and maintain a suite of reports and presentations to support Rivian's B2B sales and business development strategies, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
• Prepare and present comprehensive, intuitive business review presentations to B2B and Business Development leadership to:
  • Highlight team accomplishments and progress toward goals
  • Analyze and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing and sales initiatives
  • Identify and address potential challenges before they arise
• Author informative yet succinct business updates and summaries for executive leadership using Word, PowerPoint, or Google Suite, tailoring these documents to diverse stakeholder needs
• Build and present ad hoc business cases in PowerPoint or Google Slides for strategic opportunities, working with and overseeing cross-functional teams throughout the company
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and increase operational efficiency
• Stay informed about commercial automotive industry trends and competitor activities; communicate insights to B2B and Business Development leadership to guide decision-making
• Ensure all reports and presentations meet the highest standards for clarity and professionalism; guide cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 4 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, and/or another related field
• Expertise in creating intuitive and insightful presentations for senior leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner-verbally and in PowerPoint, Word, or Google Suite-to non-technical stakeholders
• A keen interest in understanding industry trends and competitive dynamics

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $107,800 to $134,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
