Role Summary

The Senior Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) test engineer will play an important role in testing Drive Unit (DU) embedded software. This position focuses on testing DU embedded software under a variety of operating environments, fault conditions, and stress scenarios, thereby improving software performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop HIL test cases for motor controls and software features.
• Expand test coverage to fulfill software functional safety-related requirements.
• Perform regression tests, report bugs, provide debugging support, and development validation testing for the team.
• Upgrade and maintain the HIL test stations and other related lab equipment.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range Northern California-Based Applicants : $135,100 – $168,900 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
