Description
RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to perform Federal recruitment and staffing support services for all organizations serviced by the RTP HR SSC, and provide general administrative support to the Division. The HR Specialist shall provide recruitment and staffing support for customers located in organizations serviced by the Cincinnati HRSSC. Job resposibilites for this postion shall include, but are not limited to :
- Consult with and share HR expertise with HRSSC HR Specialists and customers as needed on recruitment actions and personnel action processing
- Develop job analysis and create crediting plans
- Draft vacancy announcements using EZ Hire
- Conduct qualification determinations
- Adjudicate Veteran's preferences
- Prepare certificates of eligibles
- Conduct risk designations using OPM's Position Designation Automated Tool
- Coordinate with Personnel Security Branch
- Update HR systems as appropriate, i.e., EZHire, FPPS, WTTS, eOPF, etc
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control of case files and personnel records
- Conduct research and analysis
