The position involves weekly cleaning of cultivation equipment, adherence to task schedule, calibrations, filter changes, vacuum, mopping, and plant training/maintenance. The Cultivation Technician will need to have an open and direct line of communication between Teammates, Room Leads, and the Director of Cultivation.
