Job Summary :
This role will support the successful execution of FF&E procurement and installation, and maintain existing assets while collaborating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in both FF&E and construction coordination, ensuring that both aspects of a project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Procurement & Sourcing : Assist in the sourcing and procurement of FF&E items, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and ensure that all FF&E items meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management : Track and manage Current and Incoming FF&E inventory, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of items to project sites.
- Installation Oversight : Assist in delivery and installation of FF&E, ensuring smooth operations on-site and addressing any issues that arise during the process.
- Project Support : Support the construction team by managing schedules, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring that timelines for construction milestones and FF&E installation are met.
- Site Management : Coordinate new and existing FF&E / design changes to all operating RDG venues.
- Collaboration : Act as a liaison between construction and FF&E teams to ensure alignment in timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Quality Control : Ensure that construction and FF&E installation meet all safety and quality standards, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Cost Control & Budget Reporting : Assist with managing project budgets by tracking expenses related to FF&E procurement, delivery, and construction activities.
- Invoicing & Accounting Coordination : Assist in requesting and sharing invoices within the construction team, coordinating with the accounting department for FF&E and construction related payments.
