Job Description
A Line Cook's main responsibility is to prepare food, help kitchen workers in the preparation of food items, and set up allocated stations as instructed by Chef and compliant with standard procedures.
Key Skills
Main Skills:
- Preparation of various dishes, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items.
- Maintenance of a clean and organized workstation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Possess a college degree/Culinary school degree, though not necessary.
