POSITION SUMMARY

Place requested items such as rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest rooms. Deliver extra towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms. Provide complimentary toiletries to guests, such as toothpaste, razors, and shampoo. Deliver items (e.g., messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, gift items) to guest rooms. Deliver rollaway, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other items requested by guests to guest rooms. May deliver food, beverage or other amenities and assemble orders to go.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and / or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

A food allowance  is   allocated according to the guaranteed minimum, under reserve to fulfill the conditions set by the legal and contractual provisions in place.

Annual Vacations  :

25 days (in proportion of the time of presence).

Seniority bonus  :

Seniority bonus after 5 year within the property.

As you are a Marriott Associate, you will be eligible to the Explore Rates discounts within all the group properties according availability.

Public transports  :

Reimbursement of public transports upon presentation of a valid ticket up to 50%.

Laundry  :

You are eligible to dry-clean your uniform or working clothes.

Mutuality  :

You will benefit from the compulsory health insurance and its complementary mutual as soon as you join the company.  You will therefore be able to add your partner and your children.

Housing :

Possibility of housing for candidates not living in the region. 100€ per month
