Responsibilities
Project Coordination :
Manage the day-to-day logistics of product development projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and managing project documentation.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication and decision-making.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Agile Methodology :
Support the implementation and adherence to Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Manage project backlogs and ensure timely completion of sprint goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Track project progress and generate reports on key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project workflows.
Process Improvement :
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for experience within a product development environment.
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira project management software.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
