Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead corporate function platform projects, specifically focusing on HRMS, HCM, and ERP solutions. This role requires a strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and security while working closely with business owners, IT teams, and stakeholders.
As a key leadership figure, you will translate complex business needs into scalable architectural designs and ensure successful project execution through best practices in integration, security, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Develop macro architecture, technical design documents, and security architecture for corporate IT systems.
- Enterprise Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of HR & Finance platforms, aligning with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Cloud & Security: Architect solutions using AWS, Oracle OCI, Azure, ensuring compliance and risk assessment (ISAR) best practices.
- Integration & API Management: Define RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business owners, IT leaders, and external vendors to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Process Optimization: Ensure efficient and scalable system integrations, facilitating enterprise-wide adoption of architecture standards.
- Strategic Planning: Consult on IT strategies, develop project roadmaps, and guide decision-making at the senior leadership level.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture for large-scale HRMS, HCM, or ERP implementations.
✅ Strong experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle OCI) and financial systems.
✅ Hands-on expertise in SQL, NoSQL databases, API-led design, and cloud security.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
✅ Familiarity with cybersecurity risk assessments (ISAR) and compliance standards.
✅ Ability to create logical architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and security models.
✅ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and global enterprise projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Project/Program Management experience with enterprise IT transformation projects.
✔️ Prior experience in financial services, HR systems, or banking environments.
✔️ PMP, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure certifications are a plus.
✔️ Knowledge of AI/ML-driven solutions for corporate functions.
